Creamy, delicious and a massive fat bomb, this soup will have you powering through your day with the strength of champions.

We combine sharp cheddar cheese with bacon in an easy-to-make soup.

  • 8 slices Bacon
  • 1 average The onion finely chipped
  • 2 cloves Garlic chopped
  • 2 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese grated
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Flour
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Milk full fat
  • 2 tbsp Grass-fed Butter
  • Cook the bacon according to package directions, crumble, set aside and pour three tablespoons of bacon grease in a soup pot.

  • Add the butter to the saucepan and place on medium heat, add the onion and saute until soft, add the garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.

  • Add the salt and coconut flour and mix.

  • Stir in the milk, the cream and the broth, bring to a boil, stirring, lower the heat.

  • Stir in the grated cheese until melted, remove from heat.

  • Sprinkle with crumbled bacon and enjoy.
