Creamy, delicious and a massive fat bomb, this soup will have you powering through your day with the strength of champions.
We combine sharp cheddar cheese with bacon in an easy-to-make soup.
- 8 slices Bacon
- 1 average The onion finely chipped
- 2 cloves Garlic chopped
- 2 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese grated
- 1 tbsp Coconut Flour
- 2 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Milk full fat
- 2 tbsp Grass-fed Butter
Cook the bacon according to package directions, crumble, set aside and pour three tablespoons of bacon grease in a soup pot.
Add the butter to the saucepan and place on medium heat, add the onion and saute until soft, add the garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
Add the salt and coconut flour and mix.
Stir in the milk, the cream and the broth, bring to a boil, stirring, lower the heat.
Stir in the grated cheese until melted, remove from heat.
Sprinkle with crumbled bacon and enjoy.
