- 12 oz Sirloin Of Beef
- 1 cup Broccoli Florets
- 1 The onion slices
- 4 cloves Garlic slices
- 1 tbsp Ginger chopped
- 4 tbsp Coconut Amino Acids
- 1/4 cup Coconut Oil
- Salt & Black Pepper
Combine 3 tbsp coconut aminos, 2 tbsp of coconut oil, ginger, and tsp of black pepper in a bowl for your marinade.
Slice tenderloin against the grain into very thin slices and marinate in the marinade for 30 minutes.
Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a wok/skillet over medium heat, add the onion, the garlic, fry for a minute.
Add the broccoli with a tbsp of coconut aminos and sauté for five minutes, remove from pan.
Add a little more oil and add the steak, stir-fry for three minutes.
Add the broccoli mixture in the pan and mix.
Divide your return into two containers.
