Keto Broccoli Beef Stir-Fry

Here, we have the pair of fatty filet with nutrient rich foods, broccoli and a hint of ginger for a kick.

This delicious recipe, you will get the fat you need while ensuring that you are getting your body good green.

  • 12 oz Sirloin Of Beef
  • 1 cup Broccoli Florets
  • 1 The onion slices
  • 4 cloves Garlic slices
  • 1 tbsp Ginger chopped
  • 4 tbsp Coconut Amino Acids
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Oil
  • Salt & Black Pepper
  • Combine 3 tbsp coconut aminos, 2 tbsp of coconut oil, ginger, and tsp of black pepper in a bowl for your marinade.

  • Slice tenderloin against the grain into very thin slices and marinate in the marinade for 30 minutes.

  • Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a wok/skillet over medium heat, add the onion, the garlic, fry for a minute.

  • Add the broccoli with a tbsp of coconut aminos and sauté for five minutes, remove from pan.

  • Add a little more oil and add the steak, stir-fry for three minutes.

  • Add the broccoli mixture in the pan and mix.

  • Divide your return into two containers.
