Delicious chicken curry low carb with cauliflower rice.
The perfect keto dinner!
- 4 Chicken Thighs boneless and without skin
- 1 average The onion finely chopped
- 4 cloves Garlic finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 1 tsp Curry Powder
- Salt & Black Pepper
- 4 tbsp Coconut Oil
In a saucepan, put four tablespoons of coconut oil, over medium heat, sauté onion, garlic until the onion is tender.
Sprinkle the chicken with the salt, the black pepper, add to pan and brown.
Add the tomato paste, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, black pepper, curry powder, mix, add two cups of water and bring to a boil.
Grate the cauliflower into rice granules and steam for 20 minutes.
Divide the cauliflower into two containers, top with the thighs and the sauce.
