Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and brush a baking dish with olive oil.
Whisk the eggs in a bowl, add the ground beef, the persil, 1 onion, 4 cloves of garlic, 1/2 tsp of black pepper, salt and mix.
Roll of 1-1/2” balls and place on baking sheet.
Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
In a saucepan, place 4 tbsp of olive oil over medium heat, add the remaining garlic, the onions, and cook for a minute, add the puree, a tea spoon, salt, pepper and bring to a boil, add the dumplings once done.
Spiralize the noodles and cook for 2 minutes in boiling water and serve with meatballs.
