This keto sweet and sour beef recipe is one of my favorites.
A delicious, low-carb take on the delicious Chinese dish, it will quickly become a favorite in your house!
- 12 oz Sirloin Steak
- 2 Green Peppers slices
- 1 great White Onion slices
- 3 tbsp Coconut Amino Acids
- 3 tbsp Ketchup
- 3 tbsp Vinegar
- Salt & Black Pepper
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 6 Bib Lettuce Leaves
Combine aminos, vinegar, ketchup and set aside.
Cut the beef into slices against the grain into 1” thick strips and sprinkle with half a teaspoon of salt and half a teaspoon of black pepper.
Heat three tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
Add the ground beef and sauté for about 5 minutes.
Add the onion, peppers and saute for an additional 2 minutes, add the sauce and mix.
Divide the filling into three containers, and pack two leaves of lettuce in a container, when you’re ready to eat, spoon filling into lettuce and roll-up.
