Custom Keto Diet

This keto sweet and sour beef recipe is one of my favorites.

A delicious, low-carb take on the delicious Chinese dish, it will quickly become a favorite in your house!

  • 12 oz Sirloin Steak
  • 2 Green Peppers slices
  • 1 great White Onion slices
  • 3 tbsp Coconut Amino Acids
  • 3 tbsp Ketchup
  • 3 tbsp Vinegar
  • Salt & Black Pepper
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 6 Bib Lettuce Leaves
  • Combine aminos, vinegar, ketchup and set aside.

  • Cut the beef into slices against the grain into 1” thick strips and sprinkle with half a teaspoon of salt and half a teaspoon of black pepper.

  • Heat three tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.

  • Add the ground beef and sauté for about 5 minutes.

  • Add the onion, peppers and saute for an additional 2 minutes, add the sauce and mix.

  • Divide the filling into three containers, and pack two leaves of lettuce in a container, when you’re ready to eat, spoon filling into lettuce and roll-up.
