Chicken Caesar salad is a classic favorite, plan or no plan.
The creamy dressing, lettuce and the delicious dishes of chicken are a great flavor combo and require very simple preparation and assembly.
- 4 Chicken Thighs
- 4 cups Romaine Lettuce grated
- 4 tbsp Caesar Dressing for example. Wish-Bone Caesar Dressing
- 4 tbsp Parmesan cheese
- Salt & Black Pepper
- 4 tbsp Coconut Oil
Sprinkle the chicken with a teaspoon of salt and black pepper.
4 tablespoons of coconut oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
Add the chicken and cook about 10 minutes on each side or until no longer pink inside, remove from the heat.
Divide the legs into two containers and divide the lettuce in two separate containers, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
When you’re ready to eat, toss the lettuce with the Caesar dressing and serve the chicken thighs on top.
